Fitness Tracking App
Most fitness apps assume users can pause their workout to log data after every set. This concept was designed for use during exercise, enabling fast workout logging and progress tracking without interrupting the flow of the training session.

The challenge
Traditional logging workflows required full attention and manual data entry, causing users to abandon workout tracking before completing their sessions.

The approach
I redesigned the experience around one-handed use by replacing free-text input with large touch targets and quick-entry presets for common exercises. To make progress easier to monitor, I replaced dense charts with simple visual indicators that could be understood at a glance.

The outcome
Simulated session data showed an increase in the number of fully logged workouts, suggesting that the redesigned workflow reduced the effort required to track progress and encouraged more consistent use of the app.
